Pharmacy labels are made of medical-grade eco-friendly raw materials. The face stock is 76g high-smoothness eco-friendly thermal paper/thermal synthetic paper with uniform coating, clear printing, no peculiar smell and no harmful volatile substances, complying with the safety standards of the US and Canadian pharmaceutical industries. The adhesive layer is divided into medical-grade hot melt adhesive and removable adhesive, which are suitable for different storage environments such as refrigerated and normal temperature, with strong adhesion and suitable for various material surfaces such as glass and plastic. The removable adhesive is easy to peel and no residue. The liner is 60g white glassine release paper with high smoothness, smooth peeling, and does not affect the labeling efficiency. The printing adopts flexographic printing process, up to 10 colors, supporting full-color CMYK and Pantone spot color printing, which can accurately present key information such as drug name, specification, batch number, expiry date, UDI code. The product has excellent water-proof, oil-proof and friction-proof properties, the printed pattern is clear and does not fade or smudge, the long-term operating temperature range is -40℃ to 90℃, meeting the climate and storage conditions of different regions in the US and Canada. It strictly follows the US FDA 21 CFR Part 801, 21 CFR Part 201 and Canadian Health Canada pharmaceutical label regulations, supports UDI code printing, and can be directly used for pharmaceutical product identification in the US and Canadian markets.
