200μm high-density PP synthetic paper base. Water-repellent surface keeps barcodes and lot numbers legible in cold storage, humid pre-cooling and ice-water rinse lines. Tensile strength around 25 N/15mm supports fast tag removal from mesh bags of onions, oranges and potatoes.

Top coating designed for both TIJ inkjet coders and TTR desktop printers. Ink dries within 2 seconds and delivers GS1 Grade B barcode readability. Suitable for variable-data printing of PLU codes, harvest dates, batch numbers and multilingual origin marks at the packing line.

Printing, die-cutting, hole punching and slitting are completed in-house. 8-color CI flexo press holds register accuracy of ±0.1mm; rotary die-cut supports pear, oval and rectangular Hang-Tab shapes; roll width 30-150mm and core 40/76mm are configurable. Lead time 10-15 days.
