Material & Printing Process

• Facestock: 76g eco-friendly thermal paper/thermal synthetic paper with a high-smoothness coating, ensuring clear printing without carbon tape. It can perfectly present logos, barcodes, QR codes, multi-language text, etc., odorless, no harmful volatile substances, in line with U.S. and Canadian pharmaceutical industry safety standards, no potential safety hazards when in contact with drugs and medical devices.
• Adhesive: Medical-grade strong adhesive, mainly divided into two categories: Hotmelt glue and removable glue. Hotmelt glue is the standard permanent glue, and removable glue can be customized according to needs. Both are suitable for normal temperature storage environments, with firm adhesion and suitable for various material surfaces such as glass, plastic,etc. Removable glue also has the advantages of easy peeling and no residue.
• Liner: 60g white glassine release paper (white/yellow optional), high smoothness to ensure excellent color reproduction, smooth peeling, without affecting labeling efficiency.
• Printing Process: Flexographic Printing, up to 10 colors available, supporting full-color (CMYK) printing and Pantone Color printing. It can perform precise overprinting according to die-cut files,ensuring the pattern position perfectly aligns with the label cutting, with bright colors and strong adhesion.

• Suitable for Thermal Printing: No carbon tape required, thermal printing shows color quickly with high printing clarity, barcode and QR code recognition rate up to 100%, which can clearly present key information such as drug name, specification,batch number, expiration date and UDI code. It is compatible with various mainstream thermal printers, meeting the requirements of U.S. and Canadian pharmaceutical labels for information clarity and traceability.
