Our printed labels are self-adhesive labels designed for all retail scenarios, covering commodity price tags, promotional labels, weighing barcodes, shelf classification cards, fresh food signs and member price tags. Facestock options include 65g/70g/76g eco-friendly thermal paper for supermarkets, with clear printing without ribbon, scratch-resistant and oil-proof; 80g coated paper and 75um/95um synthetic paper are also available. The liner uses 40g/50g/60g glassine paper (white/yellow/blue) with high smoothness and smooth peeling. Adhesive options include standard permanent hotmelt, water-based and freezer glue with stable adhesion at -15℃~0℃ for frozen food. Flexographic printing supports up to 10 colors for precise printing of barcodes, QR codes, prices, product names, logos, shelf life and promotional information. Hot sizes include 50x30mm, 60x40mm, 80x50mm, 100x60mm and 100x100mm, with any size customizable per shelf and printer needs. Thanks to 790mm wide jumbo roll production, standard sizes support No MOQ with small-batch trial orders; monthly capacity exceeds 50 million square meters, with 2-3 days delivery for stock sizes and 7-10 days for custom sizes. - Our printed labels are self-adhesive labels processed from thermal paper and other face stocks. Facestock options include 65g/70g/76g eco-friendly thermal paper for supermarkets (clear printing without ribbon, scratch-resistant and oil-proof), 80g coated paper and 75um/95um synthetic paper. The liner adopts 40g/50g/60g glassine paper (white/yellow/blue) for high color reproduction, smooth peeling and no paper jams, compatible with automatic labeling machines. Adhesive is standard permanent hotmelt, with optional water-based glue (easy tearing, no residue) and freezer glue (stable at -15℃~0℃) for room-temperature shelves, paper packaging and fresh food freezers. Flexographic printing supports up to 10 colors, covering CMYK and Pantone printing, with precise printing of prices, barcodes, QR codes, product names, logos, shelf life, promotional text and multi-languages.
